Boxing Day. Liverpool vs Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Some thoughts from the game....
Shocking how quiet Anfield was. The Wolves fans were by far more vocal than ours. They were also annoyingly amusing.
It's amazing how grateful you can be for 3 points and a clean sheet from a team that only made it back into the Premier League this season.
Aquilani seems pretty nifty. Hopefully, he will fulfill his potential, and become an Anfield favourite.
Now, onto the pics

Ooh, Hello Fab. <3
This lil cutie is for a baby that isn't even born yet. Baby's daddy (an arsenal fan) is not amused.

Jonny's back

Jonny Wilkinson played his first match in 10 months to help French club Toulon beat Brive 9-3 in a friendly.

Jonny played 40 minutes and kicked two penalties to score six of the nine points.
Woo for Jonny.

Xabi must stay...

Rafa has finally broken his silence on the ridic-nail-chewing-Xabi-to-Real-Malarky.

"I was talking to him yesterday and telling him to listen to the fans. They love Xabi," Benitez told a press conference in Singapore.

New Beginnings.....

I've not been blogging lately because life has been pretty crap and I seemed to lose my mojo somewhere along the way.
But, now we have a new princess in the family and life looks a bit brighter.
Please welcome Paige to the world.

Isn't she adorabubble.

May 14th 2009. Liverpool

Hillsborough Memorial Game

Thursday was memorable for me, for two very good reasons.

1. It was my birthday, and I spent it with my four favourite people in the world, my gorgeous daughters.
And
2. We spent the time together in Liverpool, at Anfield watching the Liverpool legends vs. All Stars in a charity match in aid of the Marina Dalgleish fund.

It was a brilliant night, and the Legends won 2-1.

Now onto the really important stuff, the pics I snapped of Jamie Redknapp. (Who is every bit as yummy in the flesh as I feared, my love for him is now out of control.)

I did manage to tear my eyes away from him for just long enough to get a few other pics of various players and celebs.

Overall, it was an absolutely brilliant birthday and I’d like to thank my wonderful husband for buying the tickets, and my fabulous girls for keeping me company.
Road Trip. HONK HONK!!

Well, that sucked!

I really wasn't expecting that result tonight, so I'm cancelling it from my mind, and focussing in on the one positive. Nando's opening goal was a tiny bright spot in a night that sucked.

Twitterer

I spotted this little fella outside my place of work, waiting for a lift home. He was making one heck of a racket to make sure I noticed him. So I whipped out my fab new camera (thanks girls, brilliant Mother's Day pressie) and snapped him.
There you go lil birdy, fame at last.

For Emma.

Loves you. xxx

Ha Ha Ha, OMG No wonder he shaved it all off. xxx

Back in action.

I've been a bit lazy blogwise lately, due to Mr Smirnoff being hospitalised and other crapness. But I'm back now.
Apologies to all two of my readers.

Danny Care

Danny Care is FIT. (Not stating the obvious, it's a group on fb.)

Misty sent me on a stalker mission to befriend Danny Care on Facebook. I didn't find him, but I did find this appreciation group, that uses this pic as a profile pic.
Damn, I need to watch more rugby.

Gods of Football

Yes, there is such a thing, and it's all in a good cause.

Gods of Football is a fantasy cross-code team featuring some of Australia's elite players from rugby league and Australian Rules football. It is the first brand to market Australia’s best-looking sportsmen in a way which fuses sport, style and sex to give mass market appeal while at the same time supporting charitable causes. Only the best-looking players as voted by the public, or former winners of the Sexiest Man in League competitions, are eligible to join the Gods of Football.
Gods of Football is launching a range of premium, fundraising merchandise which will benefit The McGrath Foundation breast cancer charity. The first product, a stylish, high-end calendar photographed by Pedro Virgil, will be released in Australia on 26th September.
